At Dakota Fur Company, we take pride in handcrafting unique winter hats with genuine fur pom-poms. Due to the nature of our products, where each fur pom-pom is individually made and may vary in appearance, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We carefully inspect each hat before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

To report a defective product, please email us at dakotafurco@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please note that slight variations in fur color, texture, and size are considered normal and do not qualify as defects. We appreciate your understanding.
